Vina Delmati Red Blend

Grapes selected from a 60-year-old vineyard undergo a 10-day maceration in open concrete tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is carefully managed at controlled temperatures. To preserve its freshness and crisp red fruit flavors, the wine is aged for 18 months in concrete tanks. This maturation process is completed with an additional 8 months of bottle aging before the wine is released.

A dry red wine of moderate ruby hue. Medium to full-bodied, it boasts intense notes of ripe plums, raspberries, and eucalyptus. The palate is juicy and well-rounded, accompanied by velvety tannins and a spicy finish.
